PILATES

Pilates is for everyone, from the elite  level athlete to those  recovering from injury or with mobility issues. Regardless of age, Pilates will help you move , look, and feel better so you can enjoy life to the  full.

Pilates can be of benefit to everyone at every stage of life or level of fitness. From those wanting to regain fitness after time out of exercise, to the avid exerciser or athlete wanting to improve their performance.

Pilates classes will provide you with a regular practise to:

  • Improve body awareness  

  • Strengthen your body in a safe way, including core strength and control

  • Improve your posture, balancing the negative effects of sitting and other challenges of daily life

  • Improve breathing capacity 

  • Release tension whilst increasing toning where needed

  • Improve feeling of wellbeing and concentration

  • Improve balance

  • Increase flexibility naturally

Group sessions are tailored towards the needs of the group and can be relaxing, fun, and at times challenging.


I combine Pilates with The Franklin Method, helping you to understand the exercises and gain maximum benefit from them. Focus is placed on moving efficiently and mindfully.

Group classes will take in to account the needs of the group are suitable for those without current issues and with a degree of body awareness or previous experience.

Small group and Private sessions are bespoke and focused on addressing your specific needs or issues. Small group classes and private sessions are suitable for those with injuries and can aid in rehabilitation from injury and avoid further aggravation of specific injury or issues.

Anna is qualified to work with Ante and Postnatal Clients, Older persons and Osteoporosis.
