Therapy begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your needs and how we can work together; this includes an explanation of how the brain works and why we may be experiencing various symptoms which can cause us to suffer and hold us back and importantly how we change this pattern. I will also explain how Hypnotherapy works. At the end of the first session you will receive a recording to listen to support you in between sessions.
